Ingredients
Ice cubes, for shaker
2 ounces good-quality gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz honey simple syrup

Honey simple syrup - heat 1/4 cup Gees Bees Wildflower Honey and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan until dissolved. Let cool
