Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½ inch thick pieces

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 pears, sliced thinly

  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced

  • 1/4 cup Wildflower Honey

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

  3. While the baguette slices are toasting, slice the pears and brie.

  4. Once the baguette slices are toasted, place a slice of brie on each one.

  5. Top the brie with a few slices of pear.

  6. Drizzle honey over each crostini.

  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Place the crostini back in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the brie is melted.

  9. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.

  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
